Samwise Bravetail
Samwise was born blind and left alone outside. Someone “rescued” him and didn’t know what to do
with him, so they put him in a small rabbit cage. Sam lived in that cage for quite a while before someone alerted Milo's and we agreed to bring him to the Sanctuary. Sam had a lot of trouble walking when he first arrived as the cage was small and it had a grill that he had to stand and sleep on for weeks without access to a larger space or other comforts. Sam recovered from his rough start, and though he's still shy with people, he's made many feline friends at Trueheart Haven.
