Baron Pierre LeFleuff
Hello all, my name is Baron Pierre LeFleuff and make sure to pronounce my last name like “LaaayyFllluuuufff”, please and thank you. Now that I've introduced myself, let me give you a little background to who I am and where I came from.
I had a rough start to life before I came to Milo’s Sanctuary. I was what one would call a "product" of a backyard breeder. Now if you ask me, Breeder smeeder, because I am perfect, at least that is what all the hoomans tell me. This backyard breeder did leave me with multiple genetic issues (one heck of a cute nose though) and from there, I was dumped at a shelter.
Luckily, this place called Milo’s came in and rescued me just in time. People say first impressions mean everything, and the people at Milo’s looked past my health issues and saw a handsome guy who just wanted a home. Sadly, I was covered in mange and along with extensive medical treatments, the hoomans had to shave me.
Let me tell you though, I felt so much better and I looked amazing with short hair. I also constantly have this stuff called "eye discharge" which can lead to a multitude of issues, so my Milo’s family cleans and medicates them accordingly, which leads to me getting a treat or two, so I am not complaining. People have told me once or twice that my breed requires extensive maintenance when it comes to hygiene, grooming, and medical care; you want to know what I tell them? “meow meow meooooow”.
I am a pretty playful guy and I enjoy grooming my luscious coat anywhere I please. For my exercise, I play chase with all my friends and around sundown, I get this really crazy urge to run around like a mad man. I think the hoomans call it the zoomies. I still do not know what that means, but you should try an evening run sometime, it’s great. My absolute favorite time of the day is when my ears hear the sound of the dry kibble rattling in the bag or the pop of the wet food can opening because I know I get to eat.
I'm so glad that Milo’s is my furever home. Thank you for reading my story; maybe you could be my sponsor?
