Pippin Baggins

Picture
Pippin Baggins is just a neurological boy who we accept with all our hearts. We don’t know what his backstory is but he came to us from someone that found us and we agreed to take him as a small kitten.

First thing we did was take him to our amazing neurologist and he couldn’t determine the cause of the neurological issues but he suspects whatever happened to him as a kitten.
Pippin is odd as so many of us are, he plays with something he sees but no one else does (we’ve found this in many neurological cats, we call it “chasing fairies”).

He plays, eats and in most ways is just a cat. But there are a few things he does that makes him special, including “chasing faeries.” He is blissfull in his own world where he lives. He loves his friend Pearl (who is also neurological) and they cuddle together often.

When not cuddling, Pippin is busy getting into everything and wants to be the center of whatever you are doing. He’s also a great escape artist and often gets out of any type of containment (like when we clean, feed or leave a gate open. (Note he has no way of escaping outside we make sure all of our cats stay inside only at all times). He also has no idea what the “litter box” is and so we use potty pads and sometimes he agrees to use the box, sometimes he only wants to use his pee pads.
We are okay with whatever choice he makes as we love him just the quirky way he is!
