Pancake Stickypaws

My name is Pancake Stickypaws. I was rescued from the street with my siblings when our cat mama disappeared. I always wondered if she left because I’m different than my brothers and sisters, but the lady who rescued us told me that my cat mama loved me very much but she had to leave and go to heaven. I’m not sure what really means, but I know that my cat mama had to go away and it wasn’t because of me.
The kind lady who rescued us gave us all baths (ick) cause we had fleas. We felt a lot better after that bath!. She also gave us good food, love, toys and kept us safe while we grew. She took me to the veterinarian and they said I had something called hydrocephalus, which I guess means my body didn’t grow right when I was inside my mama and that I had fluid on my brain and would need special care for the rest of my life.
The lady found places for all my brothers and sisters and it was hard to say goodbye, especially when no one took me. The lady said she had a very special place for me to go where I would be l safe, loved, and cherished even though I was a little “different”.We went for a drive to a very special place called “Milo’s Sanctuary.” The kind lady told me that this was the magical land where all animals that are “different” have a safe and loving place to live and that the humans devoted all their time to take care of us. That’s when I met my new mama Michele; she’s the one who created the magical place called Milo’s. She took one look at me and told me she loved me and that she would always take care of me.
