Jaspurr

Jaspurr was rescued at only 6 weeks old. This darling boy was born blind and living outside next to a garage when an un-neutered male cat viciously mauled him. Jaspurr’s people decided not to take him to a to a vet and left him outside for days. Finally, when he was almost dead from all the infected wounds, they took him to the vet to be euthanized. Thanks to a wonderful veterinarian technician who intervened, she convinced the owners to turn the kitten over to her, saving his life.
Jaspurr was terribly sick; his shoulder and neck had bite wounds, abscesses and a raging infection. The vet wasn’t sure if he’d survive the surgery he needed to save his life. He made it through the surgery and with proper medical care, he was on his way to recovery. That’s when the vet tech contacted Milo’s. After meeting this precious soul we happily agreed to take him.
Jaspurr has fully recovered, made friends with one of our other blind cats and plays, climbs, wrestles and does everything a sighted cat would do. The only difference is that Jaspurr will always be blind. Don’t tell him though, he doesn’t know the difference! Please consider sponsoring Jaspurr today.
