Iggy Pop

Iggy Pop named after the rock star, he lives up to his name! He's quite vocal, fun to be around and we think very handsome. 

Iggy found himself at a local kill shelter with no hope of making it out alive. He was up for adoption and everyday people would walk by, either ignoring him or taunting him with awful names. He became very sad and hid his face in the back of a cage fearing more taunts and people laughing at him. 

We found out about him through a shelter net-worker and our hearts went out to him. He came to us and was so happy to know there were people that loved him just the way he was, that didn't care if he looked a little different but saw the soul inside, the soul that was scared, lost and lonely. 

Now he knows he is safe and patrols his area with the stealth of a ninja, making sure all his friends are safe from those pesky bugs and catnip toys.
